- White corn500 g
- Peanut300 g
- Liquid Milk1 l
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Water500 ml
- Cinnamon stick2 unit(s)
- In the pressure cooker, place the white corn with the salt and water to cook. Until the beans are very soft.
- While it's cooking, toast the peanuts over low heat until they're all even.
- In the blender, take half a liter of milk and the roasted peanuts, hit the pulse function. After the beat, wrap it in the corn that is already cooked and add the other part of the milk, let it cook.
- When the broth is already very consistent, add the sugar along with the condensed milk, leave it for another 15 minutes and you can turn it off.
- Note: If you want you can add: Clove or cinnamon. It's optional.
