- 2 whole eggs 1 glass of milk (300 ml) half a glass of oil (150 ml) 1 glass of sugar 1 glass of cornmeal 1 packet of grated coconut (50 grams) 1 tablespoon baking powder for cake*optional: one a little grated coconut to sprinkle over the cake after it's ready* *5 teaspoon
- In a blender, beat 2 whole eggs, half a glass of oil, 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of sugar and 1 glass of cornmeal. Beat until well blended. After beating, add a whole package of desiccated coconut and a cap of cake baking powder. Beat lightly just to mix the ingredients and become homogeneous. Pour the dough into the greased shape with butter and sprinkled wheat flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 200º for approximately 30 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
