- Cornmeal2 cup

- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Sour cream400 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a mixing bowl, place the cornmeal, oil and mix, then add the eggs and vanilla essence, mix.
- Put the sugar, flour and cream, beat slowly so they can add, gradually increase the speed, finally put the baking powder.
- Place in a greased and floured pudding mold or in another mold of your choice.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 40 minutes, or until golden and pierced with a toothpick and it comes out dry.
