Em uma vasilha de batedeira, coloque o fubá, o óleo e misture, depois acrescente os ovos e a essência de baunilha, misture.

In a mixing bowl, place the cornmeal, oil and mix, then add the eggs and vanilla essence, mix.

Coloque o açúcar, a farinha e o creme de leite, bata devagar para que possam de agregar, aumente aos poucos a velocidade, por último coloque o fermento em pó.

Coloque em uma forma para pudim já untada e enfarinhada ou em outra forma de sua preferência.

Place in a greased and floured pudding mold or in another mold of your choice.

Leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido, em 180°, por cerca de 40 minutos, ou até dourar e furar com um palito e ele sair seco.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 40 minutes, or until golden and pierced with a toothpick and it comes out dry.
