- Wheat flour2 cup

- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a high speed blender, beat the eggs, oil, milk and sugar. When it becomes homogeneous, I add the flour and cornmeal. The dough will start to get thick, so help it by stirring with a spoon. When everything is well mixed, add the baking powder and mix well. Grease a large baking dish with a hole in the middle with oil and sugar (preferably crystal). Bake in a moderate oven until golden (about 40 minutes).
