- Wheat flour1 cup
- Cornmeal2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Mix all the liquid ingredients in a blender with sugar, and reserve the dry ingredients in a container (except the yeast).
- After beating, add the cream with the flour and cornmeal, mix until you get a homogeneous mass, add the baking powder and mix a little more.
- Preheat the oven and bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 180°.
