- Cornmeal1 cup
- Sugar250 g
- Milk1 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Blend the liquid ingredients, milk, eggs, oil and butter in a blender.
- Then add the wheat flour, cornmeal and beat again. Finally add the baking powder. Beat until a homogeneous mass.
- Unite the shape with margarine and wheat flour, put the dough and bake in a heated oven for approximately 50 minutes. Oven at 200 degrees (depending on the oven).
