- Wheat flour1 cup
- Fuba1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Oil150 ml
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Hot milk50 ml
- I started by beating the milk, oil and eggs in a blender. I beat for about 4 minutes and turned it off and set it aside.
- Then in a large bowl I put the cornmeal, wheat flour, sugar.
- Add the liquids and stir well with a spatula. Finally, I added the yeast and gave it a light mix.
- Shape the mold so the cake doesn't stick. Then put the dough and take it to the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Then just wait for it to get brown and turn off the heat and let it cool, to serve.
