- Butter30 g
- Sugar2 cup
- grated coconut100 g
- Guava200 g
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, milk, coconut milk, butter and sugar in a blender.
- Place this mixture in a bowl and add the grated coconut and sift the cornmeal and wheat flour.
- Incorporate until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- Finally, add the baking powder.
- Put the dough in a greased and sprinkled with cornmeal or wheat flour. And put the guava spread over the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180˚C for approximately 40 min (do the toothpick test, leave a few more minutes if you need to).
