- Sugar2 cup
- Cornmeal2 cup
- Wheat Flour1/2 cup
- Milk100 ml
- Oil1/2 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Fennel to taste
- In the blender add the eggs, sugar, oil and milk. Mix well
- In a bowl sift the dry ingredients (wheat flour, baking powder and cornmeal) Add the liquid that was beaten in the blender and mix manually.
- Add fennel to taste and mix
- Grease a mold as you prefer (I used margarine and wheat flour) Pour the dough and bake for about 40 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
