Eggs3 unit(s)
Sugar2 cup
Cornmeal2 cup
Wheat Flour1/2 cup
Milk100 ml
Oil1/2 cup
Baking Powder1 tablespoon
Fennel to taste

In the blender add the eggs, sugar, oil and milk. Mix well
In a bowl sift the dry ingredients (wheat flour, baking powder and cornmeal) Add the liquid that was beaten in the blender and mix manually.
Add fennel to taste and mix
Grease a mold as you prefer (I used margarine and wheat flour) Pour the dough and bake for about 40 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
