- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Cornmeal2 cup
- Whole milk1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Guava, diced1 cup
- Melted guava to decorate to taste
- Beat the eggs, milk, oil and sugar (I beat it by hand but you can use a blender).
- Place the mixture in a container and mix with the wheat flour, cornmeal, yeast. Until a very homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- In a round shape with a hole in the middle, greased with butter and cornmeal, place the cake batter. Dip the guava cubes in the flour and place them on top of the dough.
- Bake at 200C for 35-40 minutes.
- Wait to cool down to unform.
- Cover with the creamy guava paste.
