- Cornmeal1 cup
- Wheat1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Salt1 to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Guava to taste
- Blend in blender: The milk Oil Sugar salt Eggs for about 2 minutes Then add the sifted wheat and cornmeal. Beat for 4 more minutes, pour into a bowl add 1 baking powder, mix gently.
- Grease a tray with margarine and wheat. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
- After baking, unmold
- In a pan put 1 cup of chopped guava and 1 cup of water, stir until it melts well. Then just pour it over the cake.
