- Milk1 cup

- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Oil1 cup
- Mix the cornmeal and milk and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- For now, mix the milk, sugar, eggs and oil in a blender.
- Mix the hydrated cornmeal with the mixture of the other ingredients in the blender
- Then add yeast and go straight to the oven.
- The oven at 180 degrees and the cake is left there until it bakes.
