- Demerara sugar or xylitol2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil or other oil of your choice1 tablespoon
- Organic mimoso cornmeal (spoonful)1 tablespoon
- Tapioca spoon full (use sprinkle instead)1 tablespoon
- Grated cheese (optional) spoonful1 tablespoon
- Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, start beating the eggs and sugar or natural sweetener well.
- Whisk well until foamy.
- Then add the oil and flour, beat until incorporated.
- Finally add the yeast. Place in a greased or round skillet on low heat. Leave to sign and turn.
