- Chocolate powder4 tablespoon

- In a bowl, place the butter (in paste form), the corn starch and the condensed milk. Mix using a large spoon and then continue mixing with your hands. Knead the cookie dough well until it is very smooth. Model the cookies in the desired shape, using molds to cut or by hand, even making small balls and kneading lightly with a fork.
- Then place the cookies in a greased shape with butter, leaving a space between the cookies. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes or until golden on the underside of the cookie. I divided the dough into 3 parts to make 3 different cookies. In a dough I added 4 tablespoons of 100% chocolate powder. I made a roulade of the chocolate dough with the white dough (you just open the white dough then open the chocolate dough under the white dough, roll it like a roulade and then cut it to the size of a finger. With the other dough I made balls and put pieces of guava. Wait to cool and serve.
