- cornstarch3 cup
- unsalted butter1/2 cup
- baking powder1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar.
- Add the egg yolks and milk and mix well.
- Put the baking powder, stirring with a spoon.
- Add the cornstarch and wheat flour, little by little, until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Take small portions of dough and make rolls Now joining the ends of the rolls, form the donuts.
- Place them in a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until lightly browned, for about 10 minutes.
