- 1 Melted Dark Chocolate Bar250 g
- 1 Box of Sour Cream200 g
- Cocoa powder02 tablespoon
- Creamy Dulce de Leche350 g
- Vanilla essence01 teaspoon
- Sonho de Valsa bonbons10 unit(s)
- First, add the very cold cream, the dulce de leche, the cocoa and the vanilla and beat in the mixer for about 3 minutes until well blended.
- Then add the melted chocolate and the fillings of 6 chocolates and beat for another 3 minutes.
- Now take it to freeze for about 40 minutes, then fill and cover your cake to taste, or use as a base for pavês and cakes in the pot..
- To finish, garnish with the 4 chocolates cut in half and sprinkle the crumbled cones of the chocolates that were left without the filling over the cream.
- Photo: I made a basic cake dough in vanilla flavor and wet it with a chocolate syrup, to dps put the filling and frosting. It was a delight!
