- shelled pistachios50 g
- Saffron pistil1 unit(s)
- Syrup: rose water2 tablespoon
- Syrup: Clove5 unit(s)
- Syrup: cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
- Syrup: star anise2 unit(s)
- Syrup: sugar2 cup
- Syrup: water2 cup
- In a pan, combine water with sugar and spices. Leave it on medium heat for approximately 30 minutes or until the syrup is in a wire point. Let it cool and add the rose water.
- Crush the pistachios, without letting them crumble.
- Combine the ice cream with the saffron, syrup and rose water in a food processor. Then add the pistachios.
