- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Beat the corn, condensed milk, eggs and yeast in a blender.
- After blending, add the grated coconut and beat until blended quickly.
- Place the mixture in a greased shape with margarine and wheat flour.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180°.
- Stick it with a toothpick it gets wet, not soft, but it gets very creamy, if it's golden it's ready.
