- Canned condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Canned cream1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped semisweet chocolate50 g
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- In the pan add the condensed milk, the cream and the chopped chocolate. Sift the cocoa on top (be sure to sift)
- With the heat still off, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
- Turn on the medium / low fire and keep stirring until it starts to boil and starts to unglue from the pan, but before turning into a rolling brigadeiro. It started to come off the pan, you can turn it off.
- With the fire off, keep stirring, this will give shine and consistency to the frosting.
- Pour the still warm frosting over the cake.
