- corn for hominy200 g
- Powdered milk2 cup
- Coconut Milk🥥1/2 can(s)
- Shredded Coconut🥥3 tablespoon
- I left the hominy to soak for 12 hours
- In a medium pot, put it to cook with its own water, if necessary add more water, until it is very soft.. I cooked it for 45 minutes
- Right after cooking, I changed the pan, and I didn't let the water dry, because it will be used to dilute the powdered milk.
- add the powdered milk and stir until it dissolves completely.
- then start adding condensed milk, coconut milk
- I let it boil for 5 minutes and then set aside.
- Soon after I added the grated coconut to the reserved hominy and let it boil for another 15 minutes, turned it off and let it cool and that's it!
