- Mozzarella3 tablespoon
- grated coconut1 cup
- Mix everything in a bowl until smooth.
- Arrange the mixture in greased cupcake molds (instead of greasing you can also use paper molds, as in the photo).
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden and has doubled in volume.
- Note: Never place the paper pan without a metal or silicone pan underneath, otherwise you will spread everything out in the oven. Let it cool and stay at room temperature to consume, otherwise it will fall apart.
