- 70% Cocoa Chocolate150 mg
- Eggs2 to taste
- 1/2 Cup Demerara Sugar (or Xylitol)1/2 to taste
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Rice or oat flour3 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Chopped Chocolate 70% Cocoa (optional)150 mg
- 1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave, wait for it to cool. 2. Add the two eggs and mix well with the Demerara sugar, add the vanilla essence, cocoa powder and rice flour, finally add the chopped chocolate. 3. Unite the shape with butter and cocoa powder and pour the dough, and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes, don't leave too much baking or it will lose its creaminess!
