- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Fresh grated coconut200 g
- In a bowl, combine the sugar and the three eggs. Mix well until it becomes a lighter cream.
- Add the melted butter, coconut milk and condensed milk. Mix everything until smooth.
- Finally, add the grated coconut and place in a buttered roast.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot or iced, it's just as delicious!
- Note You can use dry grated coconut, let it hydrate in coconut milk for 10 minutes.
