Creamy Cocada - Bamboo Coconut

Bater todos os ingredientes na batedeira por aproximadamente 5 minutos

Blend all ingredients in a stand mixer for approximately 5 minutes.

Dispor em refratários individuais e levar para Airfryer por 5 minutos a 180°, para criar a casquinha crocante depois 15 minutos a 160° para cozinhar por dentro e ficar bem cremoso.

Arrange in individual refractories and take to Airfryer for 5 minutes at 180°, to create a crispy crust, then 15 minutes at 160° to cook inside and get very creamy.
