- condensed milk600 ml
- Sour cream600 ml
- Natural Emulsifier (Marvi brand)2 teaspoon
- Coconut milk400 ml
- Put TD to freeze, it needs to be very cold to give a good emulsion in the ice cream.
- In the mixer: medium speed, put the condensed milk, cream and coconut milk and turn it on. Add the emulsifier little by little.
- Let the dough double in size, add the grated coconut and beat to mix.
- Put the ice cream in the pot and put it in the freezer
