- Instant coffee50 g
- Sugar2 cup
- Hot water1 cup
- Put everything in the mixer and beat on minimum speed for 3 minutes, after that turn off and pass a spatula all over the bowl to prevent the dust from sticking to the bottom.
- After that, beat again on high speed for 15 minutes. It will double in size and you will be able to see how creamy it gets!
- You can store it in a jar and store it in the freezer. It lasts an average of 30 days. Then whenever you want to drink it, heat the milk well and add a spoon or two of the cream (it's up to your taste), then just stir and enjoy!
