- Instant Coffee50 g
- Sugar2 cup
- Hot water1 cup
- Cinnamon to taste
- Beat all the ingredients on high speed for approximately 10 minutes or until doubled in size and with a very creamy thickness.
- Transfer the entire contents to a well-sealed container and place in the fridge or freezer, as you prefer. Note: in the fridge, the creamy coffee well closed lasts for half a week, in the freezer it lasts up to a month.
- To drink, just use 2 tablespoons of creamy coffee for 250ml of hot milk. Tip: For iced coffee, place 4 ice cubes in a glass or mug, add 2 tablespoons of the creamy coffee and 250ml of iced milk.
