- Sugar 400g2 cup
- Boiling water 240 ml1 cup
- Mix the sugar with the coffee in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add the boiling water and beat on high speed for 10 to 15 minutes or until creamy. Transfer to a jar with a lid and store in the fridge or freezer. Serve mixed with drinks such as milk, coffee, cappuccino or hot chocolate.
