- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar11/2 cup
- Milk3 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Wheat Flour6 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- In the blender all the ingredients, except the cheese and the baking powder. Beat the dough until creamy.
- Turn off the blender and add the cheese and baking powder. Mix with a spoon. Take to bake in a greased shape. For approximately 1 hour, over medium heat, or until golden. It will depend on your oven.
