Creamy Cornmeal Cake with Guava

Bater todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, menos o FERMENTO, até obter uma massa cremosa e homogênea. 

Mix all the ingredients in the blender, except the YEAST, until obtaining a creamy and homogeneous mass.

Adicione o fermento e mexa com auxílio de uma colher. 

Add the yeast and stir with the help of a spoon.

Despeje a massa em uma forma untada apenas com óleo. 

Pour the dough into a greased shape only with oil.

Coloque para assar em forno pré aquecido a 180ºC por aproximadamente 40 minutos. 

Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.

Calda: 

Pique a goiabada e coloque em uma panela com um pouco de água e vá mexendo até dissolver, e pronto. 

Só adicionar ao bolo quando estiver desenformado e polvilhar o coco por cima.

Syrup:

Chop the guava and place it in a pan with a little water and stir until dissolved, and that's it.

Just add it to the cake when it is unmolded and sprinkle the coconut on top.
