- Cornmeal2 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Whole milk1 cup
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Supplyable Guava1 to taste
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Put the liquids (eggs, milk, oil) in the blender and beat non-stop. Gradually add the cornmeal, flour, sugar and finally the yeast. Whisk until everything is mixed.
- Grease the mold with oil and cornmeal. Add the mixture and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 to 35 min. depending on your oven.
- Take the guava to the fire to heat for 15 minutes and set aside.
- Remove the cake from the oven letting it cool, remove from the mold, place the guava on top.
