- Water900 ml
- Dissolve two gelatines in 200 ml of hot water. After mixing two milk creams. Put it in a shape and take it to freeze for an hour.
- Let's make the second layer, in a pan put the frozen strawberries, half a cup of sugar and 100 ml of water.
- After melting and turning into a syrup, turn off the heat, add 3 gelatins. And then add 600 ml of hot water and stir until lukewarm.
- When the first layer is firm, pour this syrup carefully. Place in the freezer for an hour. But be careful: it's always good to be careful, because it's just to firm and not freeze. After that, just unmold.
