White Minho for hominy

Coloque o milho da canjica de moljo e deixe no minimo umas 3 horas .

Put the moljo hominy corn and leave it for at least 3 hours.

Após o tempo de molho
Escorra a agua  e leve pra panela de pressão com uma nova agua, até cobrir, por 15 minutos

After soaking time
Drain the water and put in a pressure cooker with new water, until covered, for 15 minutes.

Após o tempo abra a panela e se os grãos estiverem macio, acrescente o restante dos ingredientes.

After the time, open the pan and if the beans are soft, add the rest of the ingredients.

Deixe ferver até encorpar o caldo e prontinho.
Finalize com canela (opcional)

Let it boil until the broth thickens and that's it.
Finish with cinnamon (optional)
