- Canjica500 g
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Coconut milk1 unit(s)
- Whole milk50 ml
- Cinnamon Stick1 unit(s)
- Let the hominy soak for 12 hours
- Wash well and cook for 25 minutes in filtered water on low heat.
- When cooking add 1 cinnamon stick
- After cooking, add the condensed milk and coconut milk.
- Clean the condensed milk cans with 50 ml of whole milk
- Let it boil until it thickens
