- White hominy250 g
- Whole milk500 ml
- grated coconut to taste
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
- Powdered milk1 cup
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Paçoca to taste

- Let the hominy soak for at least 6 hours.
- Cook the hominy with 1 liter of water for 40/45 minutes in the pressure cooker.
- Remove the cooking water and add the whole milk, coconut milk, half a box of cream, powdered milk and grated coconut to taste.
- Mix everything and let it boil.
- Serve at the temperature you want. If you want, you can put paçoca on top.
