White hominy250 g
Whole milk500 ml
grated coconut to taste
Condensed milk1 unit(s)
Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
Powdered milk1 cup
Coconut milk200 ml
Paçoca to taste
Water1 l

Let the hominy soak for at least 6 hours.
Cook the hominy with 1 liter of water for 40/45 minutes in the pressure cooker.
Remove the cooking water and add the whole milk, coconut milk, half a box of cream, powdered milk and grated coconut to taste.
Mix everything and let it boil.
Serve at the temperature you want. If you want, you can put paçoca on top.
