- Leave the hominy to soak overnight, this makes it cook faster.
- After that, bring to the fire in the pressure cooker with the sugar and the same water that was soaking.
- After cooking, set aside.
- Bring all the other ingredients to the fire in another pan, except the grated coconut and let it boil until everything is mixed.
- Add the hominy to the other ingredients and let it boil for 20 minutes, add the grated coconut. This recipe is creamy and delicious, if you like it sweeter, add another bar of chocolate.
