- Coconut milk250 ml
- Milk of your choice - can be plant-based1000 ml
- Condensed milk300 g
- Fresh grated coconut150 g
- Cloves on stick to taste
- Clove to taste
- Peanut to taste
- Soak the hominy in filtered water for 8/10 hours - overnight
- The next day, change the water and cook for approximately 35 minutes. In water tempered with a few cloves.
- After the estimated time, remove the pressure from the pan, and check if it is well cooked, if so, add the milk, coconut milk and condensed milk, let it boil over low heat. If not, leave it on for another 10 minutes.
- After adding the milk, put the cinnamon on a stick, check if the sugar is good. Add shredded coconut or peanuts.
- Let it rest after turning off the heat for about 30 minutes. Heat and serve!
