- First I started by letting the hominy soak for 8 hours, then I pressure cooked it for 45 minutes.
- After cooking, I moved to another pan and added cloves and cinnamon sticks, milk, coconut milk, condensed milk and cream. I let it cook a little longer until it thickens.
- After it had thickened, I transferred it to a glass refractory and added five crumbled paçoquinhas and mixed again. And the hominy is ready, it is very creamy and delicious.
