CREAMY SWEET RICE

Comece cozinhando o arroz com a água quente, fogo sempre baixo. 

Start by cooking the rice with hot water, always on low heat.

Quando estiver cozido, bem macio, acrescente o leite, o leite condensado, o leite em pó, a canela, o cravo e deixe cozinhar por uns 20 min ou até engrossar. 

When it's cooked, very soft, add the milk, condensed milk, powdered milk, cinnamon, cloves and let it cook for about 20 min or until it thickens.

Por último acrescente o creme de leite, mexa, depois transfira para uma travessa e salpique canela.

Finally add the cream, stir, then transfer to a platter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
