- Milk500 ml
- Coconut milk carton1 unit(s)
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Packet of shredded coconut1 unit(s)
- Cloves and cinnamon stick to taste
- Water for cooking rice1 l
- Cook the rice in 1 liter of water, when it is almost dry add the milk, cloves and cinnamon stick, coconut milk, cream, condensed milk and grated coconut.
- Mix everything and let it thicken a little over medium heat, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick, remembering that when it cools it gets more consistency so you don't need to let it thicken too much.
- Once it has thickened, turn off the heat and transfer to a refractory. And the sweet rice is ready! You can consume it hot or iced. Both ways are delicious and very creamy.
