- Warm coconut milk500 ml
- GRANULATED Tapioca (measurement is a cup of coffee)3 cup
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut3 tablespoon
- Candy of your choice to taste
- Mix the tapioca, sugar and grated coconut then add the hot coconut milk. Mix well.
- Transfer to an oiled refractory.
- Take it to the fridge until it acquires a firm consistency.
- Then cover with the candy of your choice.
