- Granulated Tapioca (cup of coffee)1 cup
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Strawberry Jam or your favorite to taste
- Boil the coconut milk.
- Mix the tapioca, sugar and coconut cake.
- Transfer to a small refractory and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and cover with the jam.
