- Sugar1.1/2 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- For syrup: sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Syrup preparation method: Place the sugar in a pan over medium heat and stir occasionally until all the sugar has melted.
- Add the water and wait until the sugar dissolves. If the syrup is thin, wait for it to thicken a little and set aside.
- In a blender place the eggs, margarine and sugar.
- Beat for 1 minute.
- Add the milk and gradually add the wheat and beat for 1 minute.
- Grease a shape with a hole in the middle with the syrup that is reserved, and slowly pour the pudding dough into the shape.
- Take a large mold and put water and a little vinegar for the bain-marie.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- You can also bake in a bain-marie on the stove.
- After 30 minutes, prick with a fork to see if it's done.
- If the fork comes out with a soft dough, it is not baked.
- If the fork comes out with a creamy mass, it's already done.
- Note: The pudding is creamy! a delight
