Ingredients
Recipe

hominy corn (soak in hot water for 2 hours)300 g
Sugar1 cup
Clove to taste
Shredded Coconut100 g
Coconut milk200 ml
condensed milk1 unit(s)
Whole milk600 ml
Powdered milk1/2 cup

In a pressure cooker, place the hominy, cover with water (about 1.5 liters) the sugar and cloves
Bring to a boil over medium heat and let cook for about 35 minutes (after getting pressure)
Transfer the cooked corn to another pan, add the whole milk and cook over medium heat (stirring constantly)
Put the condensed milk, coconut milk, powdered milk and grated coconut
Let it boil until it thickens (always stirring)
