- As this recipe is very easy to make, start by preheating the oven – as that's the only thing you really can't forget.
- Bring the fresh Heavy cream to a boil. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla bean until well combined. Season the yolks with a little Heavy cream . Add the rest of the Heavy cream and stir until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Place this mixture in individual cups and bake in a water bath at 160 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
- Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When serving, sprinkle the cream with a little sugar to form a caramelized crust.
