Butter170 g
Egg at room temperature3 unit(s)
refined sugar100 g
Bitter Cocoa40 g
Sifted wheat flour60 g
refined salt1 teaspoon
Instant coffee1 teaspoon

Heat the butter in the pan until it reaches the noisette point and mix it into the chocolate bar.
Beat the eggs with sugar in a mixer until all the sugar dissolves. Mix the egg with the chocolate cream.
Mix all the dry ingredients and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes or until dry. Expect to cool down and serve.
