- Bitter Cocoa40 g
- Sifted wheat flour60 g
- refined salt1 teaspoon
- Instant coffee1 teaspoon
- Heat the butter in the pan until it reaches the noisette point and mix it into the chocolate bar.
- Beat the eggs with sugar in a mixer until all the sugar dissolves. Mix the egg with the chocolate cream.
- Mix all the dry ingredients and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes or until dry. Expect to cool down and serve.
